Videowise Is Now SOC 2 Type I Compliant

At Videowise, our commitment to security, privacy, and trust has always been at the core of how we build and scale our platform. Today, we’re proud to share that Videowise is officially SOC 2 Type I compliant.

This milestone demonstrates that we’ve implemented, and consistently follow, industry-leading security practices across our organization. It’s more than just a checkbox; it’s a reflection of the systems and culture we've put in place to keep our customers' data secure and private as we help them drive conversions with high-impact shoppable videos.

What is SOC 2?

SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a widely recognized compliance framework developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). It defines criteria for managing customer data based on five “trust service principles”: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

Why It Matters

Videowise serves ecommerce brands, enterprises, and agencies that handle sensitive customer data and care deeply about compliance. Our shoppable video infrastructure integrates directly with storefronts, meaning that security is non-negotiable.

The Process

Achieving SOC 2 compliance was a company-wide effort, and we couldn't have done it without the incredible work of our engineering, security, and operations teams. Here's a quick overview of what we implemented and refined during the process:
