To address and overcome all challenges, the brand partnered with Videowise to enhance its online presence through compelling video content.

  1. Single videos on product pages. Travelpro incorporated videos on product detail pages to provide a comprehensive overview, highlighting each product's unique selling points, innovative designs, and practical functionalities.
  2. Shoppable video stories. Travelpro effectively showcased the durability of their luggage, captivating customer interest and enhancing engagement. Plus, by making the videos shoppable, Travelpro efficiently shortens the purchasing journey.
  3. Storytelling through carousel videos. The brand creates relatable and aspirational content by showcasing people in various travel scenarios, allowing viewers to envision themselves using Travelpro products in their journeys.

The results

In June 2023, Travelpro partnered with Videowise to integrate videos across all their products and homepages, successfully launching Videowise on four online stores. 

This collaboration allowed Travelpro to utilize shared digital media assets and styles across the stores, significantly streamlining the process of creating and embedding videos for a large number of SKUs.

In the past 30 days, Travelpro’s video-generated revenue stood at $269k. Shoppers engaging with the videos had an average conversion rate of 7.9%, with some periods peaking at an impressive 31% during the busy travel season.

On average, each shopper spent over 3 minutes watching videos on Travelpro’s site, contributing to an added on-site time of more than 1,000 hours.

Additionally, in the past six months, shoppable images with hotspots have generated over $50K in revenue from direct clicks.
