Tortuga Backpacks encountered challenges that demanded innovative solutions to propel the brand forward.

  1. Social media conversion hurdles. Tortuga Backpacks had difficulty leveraging an extensive library of UGC videos, including those that achieved viral success, to convert social media engagement into actual purchases.

The average products per visitor also experienced a 16% uptick, showcasing heightened engagement and interest in Tortuga's offerings.

Similarly, a dedicated A/B test on the homepage yielded compelling outcomes, with revenue showing a growth of over 5%. The bounce rate decreased by over 2%, indicating a more captivating homepage experience. This test also resulted in an outstanding 75x ROI over the past month.

Tortuga Backpacks' videos have proven effective, having a 3.5% conversion rate increase in the last month alone. The average watch time per shopper is 1 minute and 9 seconds, surpassing the average on the brand’s TikTok.
